Masahiro Ikeda

Masahiro Ikeda currently serves as President of ManpowerGroup Japan, a position held since January 1997, after progressing through various roles within the organization, including EVP and Operation Director. Ikeda oversees 95 branches across 40 prefectures, providing staffing, permanent placement, outsourcing, and recruitment process outsourcing services to approximately 5000 clients. Prior experience includes roles as Operation Director of East Japan and Business Trainee at ManpowerGroup USA, as well as Area Sales Manager and Sales Representative at Suntory Co., Ltd. Masahiro Ikeda holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University, earned between 1985 and 1989, and attended Nishi High School from 1981 to 1984.
