Sanjay Pandit

Sanjay Pandit is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as Vice President Operations for Asia-Pacific and the Middle East at ManpowerGroup since March 2009. With a background in leading high-performing teams and driving business transformation initiatives, Sanjay has previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific & Middle East Region, Managing Director for ManpowerGroup India, and Director of Operations for the Asia Pacific. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Sanjay served as Vice President of Business Strategy at Tata Communications, CFO at DishnetDSL Ltd., and Finance Controller at Aircel Limited. Sanjay holds multiple degrees including a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Group Executive Leadership Program certificate from the Tata Management Training Centre.
