Sonia D. C. is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at ManpowerGroup since July 2022, where legal counsel is provided to senior executives on various legal matters including real estate and compliance while crafting complex contracts for operations across North America. Previously, Sonia founded The Law Office of Sonia D. Coleman, P.C. and served as Attorney at Law, providing outside General Counsel services to various business units and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Additional experience includes working as an Attorney at Berkley Select, managing labor and employment-related legal defenses, and serving as Assistant General Counsel at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where the contract review process was optimized through standardization. Sonia holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a BS in Psychology from Howard University.
