Kim Mathias

Kim Mathias possesses extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Mansea Metal since June 2017, Kim also holds the position of Recording Secretary for the Clark County/Winchester Planning & Zoning Commission since December 2013, where responsibilities include utilizing QuickBooks for financial tasks and preparing reports for monthly meetings. Prior experience includes serving as the Administrative Executive Secretary for the KY Board of Appraisers from November 2013 to June 2017, overseeing the licensing and regulation of real estate appraisers. Additional roles include District Attendance Data Coordinator for Clark County Public Schools and Secretary/Bookkeeper at Clark Middle School. Kim's educational background includes studies at the Community College of the Air Force and graduation from George Rogers Clark High School.
