Heather Belcher is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Administration at Mansfield Hall since October 2020, Heather also founded and leads Sweet Clover Market as CEO, where strategic planning led to the successful launch of a neighborhood grocery store. Previous roles include Senior Financial Consultant at Reconciled, Interim Business Manager at The Bellwether School and Family Resource Center, Development Director for Steps to End Domestic Violence, and accountant positions at the State of Vermont. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Mansfield Hall

Mansfield Hall supports young adults attending college and transitioning to independence. We are a comprehensive residential program that is individualized and flexible based on student needs. We serve students who have learning disabilities, mild autism, Asperger’s syndrome, nonverbal learning disabilities, ADHD, executive functioning impairments, or other students with unique characteristics that may pose challenges in the transition to college life. We are much more than just a college support program. Our goal is to provide necessary skills training in all areas of adaptive functioning so our students can flourish academically, socially, vocationally, and emotionally. While learning at the local colleges, living in a supported and integrated environment, giving to others, and engaging in the community, we believe that our students will be better prepared for, and more successful in, today’s world. Our residences are located in the Burlington, Vermont, Madison, Wisconsin, and Eugene, Oregon, where there are many options for engaging in school and life beyond the classroom.
