John Smith

John joined MHC in 2013 as Managing Director to spearhead MHC’s sales and business development departments. His results-driven, the customer-focused approach has since been pivotal in expanding the company’s global business levels and offering, while maintaining an exceptional level of on-site support to clients and strategic partners. Currently, John leads a number of key strategic accounts and is responsible for developing MHC’s key practices such as Cyber Security, Ecosystem Monitoring, and Technology Infrastructure.

John began his career in IT recruitment consultancy, specializing in sourcing high-level candidates for financial institutions and consultancies. Prior to him joining MHC, John acted as the Head of UK Business Development for a Frankfurt-based niche consultancy Networker Projektberatung. In this role, he built the firm’s offering around the search, selection, and training of IT specialists required by Tier 1 Financial Services institutions across Europe, North America, and APAC.
