Edwin Grajeda

Edwin Grajeda is a Field Engineer at Manson Construction Co. since November 2019, previously serving as a Mechanical Drafter at Myers Engineering from May 2018 to May 2019, where over 100 mechanical blueprints were drafted and corrected using AutoCAD. As a Research Fellow at the Louis Strokes Alliance for Minority Participation at California State University, Long Beach, from May 2017 to August 2018, design and assembly of a motorized test-bed for ultrasonic inspection were achieved using SOLIDWORKS. Edwin also worked as a College Aide Tutor for the Long Beach Unified School District from September 2014 to June 2017, significantly improving students' academic performance. Additionally, a Finite Element Analysis Research Intern position was held at Hispanic-Serving Institution-STEM from May 2016 to August 2016, focusing on stress wave propagation behavior using Abaqus. Edwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Long Beach, earned between 2016 and 2019.
