Jazmine Orellana

Jazmine Orellana currently serves as a People and Culture Coordinator at Mansueto Ventures, where responsibilities include executing biweekly payroll administration and generating employee and payroll reports. Previously, Jazmine worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at KKR & Co. Inc., scheduling high-volume interviews and managing candidate logistics. A brief internship as a Recruiting Intern at Unite Us involved enhancing the candidate experience through project management and process facilitation. Jazmine also served as a First Year Seminar Peer Mentor at Baruch College, guiding new students, and held an Associate Intern position at Next Opportunity Group, assisting with business strategy and philanthropy analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice Chair of Internal Relations for the Student Union Board of Governors at the University of Connecticut. Jazmine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
