Dave Melkman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and development. As a Co-Founder of Manta Ray Media Ltd since December 2007, Dave has played a crucial role in establishing and growing the company. Prior to this, Dave served as the Lead Developer and Project Manager at Wellcome Trust from 1999 to 2007, showcasing a strong background in delivering complex projects. Dave's academic credentials include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, earned between 1992 and 1996, following a solid foundation at Highgate School from 1987 to 1992.
