Besa Kotarja

Besa Kotarja holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy and Innovation from Capella University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Montclair State University. Currently, Besa serves as a Technical Project Manager and Task Lead at ManTech since August 2023. Previously, Besa worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as the Intelligence Applications Team Lead and Senior Defense Acquisition Specialist from July 2022 to August 2023. Besa's experience also includes a role as a Senior Contract Specialist at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and a Contract Specialist at the United States Department of Defense. Early career highlights include a position as a Legal Technician at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel from July 2015 to June 2018. Besa possesses professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
