Dale Gerdts

Dale Gerdts is an experienced business development and technology executive with a career spanning over two decades in the government services sector. Currently serving as Capture Director at Ventech Solutions since March 2022, Gerdts previously held the position of VP, Business Development at Planned Systems International from 2019 to November 2021 and served as Chief Technology Officer at Palms Technologies from July 2016 to August 2019. Notably, Gerdts excelled as Vice President at AECOM from 2003 to 2016, managing a business unit with $110M in annual revenue and leading various business development activities. Earlier experience at AECOM included roles as Director of Operations and Program Manager, where Gerdts played a key role in expanding operations and revenue. Gerdts began a career in technology with the U.S. Air Force as a Network Engineer from 1999 to 2003 and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Information Systems from Colorado Christian University.
