David Parmer

David Parmer is a seasoned IT professional specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) with extensive experience in various engineering and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Engineer at MANTECH since September 2025, David previously held similar positions at The Amatriot Group and Government Tactical Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities included engineering and administration of MECM systems. Prior to these roles, David was employed at Jacobs and Prime Technical Services Inc. as a MECM Systems Administrator. David began a career in information technology with the United States Marine Corps, where roles included System Support Specialist and Data Systems Administrator. David is a graduate of Cullman High School, class of 2018.
