Dr. Brian Dillard

Dr. Brian Dillard serves as the Program Director at ManTech since December 2019, demonstrating innovative servant leadership with a track record of exceeding business goals and enhancing revenue even in challenging budget environments through effective metrics management. Prior to this role, Dr. Dillard was a Program Manager at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from July 2014 to December 2019, overseeing a major $75M contract and leading a high-performance team. Additional experience includes program management roles at CACI International Inc and Raytheon, as well as teaching positions at Webster University and McKendree University. Dr. Dillard's military background as a Special Agent in the United States Air Force involved critical counterintelligence and force protection operations. Academically, Dr. Dillard holds a Doctorate of Management from Webster University and advanced degrees in Management Information Systems and Management.
