Elizabeth Kepner

Elizabeth Kepner, MSPM, PMP, CF APMP, currently serves as the Senior Proposal Manager and Deputy Director of Proposals at ManTech, having transitioned from Definitive Logic, a ManTech subsidiary. Elizabeth has extensive experience in proposal management and strategy, leading cross-functional teams to develop persuasive and compliant proposals that have secured multimillion-dollar contracts. Prior roles include Senior Proposal Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, where Elizabeth produced complex proposals for high-value opportunities, and Principal Proposal Analyst at BAE Systems, responsible for managing multiple proposal teams and contributing to contracts worth over $5 billion. Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Catholic University of America.
