Phillip Cathey

Phillip Cathey currently serves as the Director of IT Services at ManTech, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Phillip held the title of Director of Information Technology at Definitive Logic, a ManTech Company, beginning in July 2020. Phillip's career started at the United States Special Operations Command, where Phillip worked as a Computer Programmer from July 1999 to July 2020. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.
