Reshma Patel

Reshma Patel is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems management, primarily at ManTech since September 2013. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Manager, responsibilities include supervising an HRIS team and implementing applications related to facility management and personnel security. Previous roles at ManTech involved managing the Workday Human Capital Management System and overseeing system administration for newly acquired companies. Additional experience includes HRIS Analyst roles at MVM, Inc. and the American Diabetes Association, where Reshma implemented various HR systems, managed compensation and benefits data, and led numerous system enhancements.
