Richard Koliser

Richard Koliser is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Kasm Technologies since January 2022, Richard oversees technical planning, execution, and product quality control while engaging with customers on product deployment and feature requirements. Prior roles include Principal Software Engineer at Mantech MCTS, serving as technical lead and product owner, and significant contributions to the Lockheed Martin GBS and WIN/T programs, where Richard demonstrated expertise in innovative technologies and system architecture. Richard's foundational experience includes research in natural language processing at the University of Texas and software development at various organizations. Richard holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Science from Youngstown State University.
