Maulik Nariya is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at IGBMC since September 2022, focusing on biophysical modeling of gene regulation. Prior to this role, Maulik served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School from August 2018 to August 2022, where research centered on cancer pharmacology, particularly analyzing multi-omics datasets to understand cancer cell responses to therapies. Maulik's academic experience includes a position as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Kansas from August 2012 to August 2016, working on an FDA-funded project assessing biosimilar drugs, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching general physics laboratory courses. Earlier research experience includes serving as a Junior Research Fellow at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Mumbai from August 2009 to July 2012, focusing on neutrino oscillations and performing simulations and data analysis. Maulik holds a PhD in Physics from The University of Kansas, as well as a Master's degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree from St. Xavier's College.
