Kim O'Connell

Kim O'Connell started their career as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager at Hiscox in 2008. In 2009, they joined Capgemini Consulting as a Management Consultant, where they worked on various business strategy and technology projects for clients in the telecommunications, finance, and public sectors. Kim held this position until 2015, developing a versatile skill set. From 2015 to 2023, Kim worked at Lion, starting as a Senior Project Manager - Digital and overseeing the implementation of a B2C e-commerce platform. Kim then became the Ecommerce Lead - Business Transformation, leading the team in implementing new ecommerce sites for Australia and New Zealand. Finally, Kim served as the Program and Delivery Lead - Integration, leading the integration of a newly acquired business into Lion and defining a new operating model. In 2023, they joined Mantel Group as a Strategic Account Principal.

Kim O'Connell completed a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology at the University of Technology, Sydney in 2003. They also received additional certifications in Managing Successful Programs from [PM] Partners in 2016 and have a certification in PRINCE2.
