Richard Busso

Richard Busso has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Richard is currently working as a Client Engagement Principal at Mantel Group, where they are responsible for driving growth and ensuring excellent client experiences. Prior to this, they co-founded Friends of Mr Ed Pty Ltd, a platform that enhances the thoroughbred racing experience for owners. Richard also worked at Accenture as a Technology Portfolio Director, leading the technology portfolio to drive growth in the Australia and New Zealand business. Richard previously held roles at Industrie&Co, ANZ, and Cevo Australia, where they focused on business expansion, digital strategy, and IT consultancy. Richard is a passionate leader with expertise in digital solutions and customer experience improvement.
