Ashwin Raju Mantena

Ashwin Raju Mantena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashwin Raju started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager at Emorphosys and then worked as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they joined Polaris BPO as a Process Trainer from 2012 to 2013. Ashwin then moved on to Mantena Group in 2013 and progressed from an Assistant Manager to become the General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Procurement at Mantena Group, where they ensure timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and efficient planning and execution.

Ashwin Raju Mantena completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from MVGR College of Engineering from 2004 to 2008. Then, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. Finally, in 2017 and 2018, Ashwin completed an Executive Program in Advanced Management in Infrastructure from the Indian School of Business.
