Rasa Bartnikienė

Rasa Bartnikienė is an innovative HR leader with extensive experience in performance management, talent management, and organizational development. Rasa has over 10 years of experience as Head of HR in various organizations, including roles at State Food and Veterinary Service of the Republic of Lithuania and AB Lietuvos automobilių kelių direkcija. Currently, Rasa serves as the Head of People and Culture at MANTINGA, where they continue to drive HR strategy and enhance employee engagement. Rasa holds a Bachelor of Education in Information Resources Management from Vilnius University and multiple certifications in HR strategy and workplace coaching.
