Vice President Operations at Mantis Innovation

Kahleb Carradine has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kahleb currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at Mantis Innovation, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company from June 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining Mantis Innovation, Carradine worked at BLUEFIN, LLC (Roof Express) for nearly a decade. Kahleb held the position of Director Of Operations from April 2018 to June 2021, where they were responsible for project scheduling, supervision, customer alignment, and research and development. Kahleb also served as the Production Manager from April 2016 to March 2018, the Project Support Specialist from April 2015 to March 2016, and the Field Technician from October 2012 to March 2015.

In 2011, Carradine worked as a Franchisee at College Pro Painters, where they managed and operated their own exterior painting business with the support and mentorship of the company. Kahleb held this role from December 2011 to September 2012.

Carradine began their career at J&R Graphics in 2009, where they served as a Production Manager from September 2009 to March 2012.

Throughout their career, Carradine has gained experience in operations management, project supervision, customer alignment, and team leadership. Kahleb has demonstrated a commitment to improving productivity, quality, and exceeding customer expectations.

Kahleb Carradine began their education at Columbine High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in General Study in 2010. Kahleb then went on to attend Red Rocks Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Small Business Startup Certificate in Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Carradine obtained several certifications. In March 2013, they completed the OSHA 10hr Outreach Training Program from 360 Training. In December 2011, they obtained the Small Business Startup Certificate from Red Rocks Community College. Kahleb also received certifications in Adult Child Infant CPR and First Aid in November 2013 from the American Health Care Academy.
