Erin Burke

Erin Burke is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Implementation at MANTL since July 2024. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Director, Customer Onboarding and Enablement at Qualio from October 2021 to January 2024, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. With a significant tenure at EBSCO Information Services from July 2013 to January 2024, Erin progressed through various leadership roles, including Director of SaaS Implementation Services, where a comprehensive overhaul of implementation processes was accomplished, and Senior Manager of SaaS Implementations, overseeing global project management teams. Additional earlier experience at McCue Corporation included roles such as Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager, with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and History from Seton Hall University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
