Kimberlee Hayashi

VP of Process Engineering at Mantle

Kimberlee Hayashi has been working in the engineering field since 2008. Her first role was as a Mechanical Engineer at Speck Design from 2008 to 2013. Kimberlee then moved on to become a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at Lime Lab | A PCH Solutions from 2013 to 2018. Since 2018, they have been the VP of Process Engineering, Director of Process Development, and R&D Engineer at Mantle. In this role, they balance the development of technology across materials science, engineering, and early external partnerships. Kimberlee also completes tests to isolate variables and creates communication channels across disciplines. Additionally, they work with the management team to identify and execute development projects that align with production product goals.

Kimberlee Hayashi graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
