Naloni Smith has four years of work experience. In 2020, they were the Founder & CEO of In ClearView, where they crafted handmade vehicle document holders after analyzing a latent market demand from consumers, evaluated and executed social media strategies to promote events, attract customers, and increase web traffic, resulting in a 10% increase in profits with minimal use of sponsored ad campaigns, and administered processes relating to grant applications, marketing campaigns, and other business development initiatives, including budgeting and organizational structure. From 2018 to 2020, Naloni Smith was a Team Member at MOD Pizza, where they thrived in a team environment, cooperating with other team members on projects resulting in a collaborative and motivating environment, created quality pizza and provided excellent customer service with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude increasing customer satisfaction, and followed health, safety, and sanitation protocols necessary to maintain the company’s standards. In 2022, Naloni Smith will be a Provider Operations Associate at Mantra Health and a Clinic Operations Coordinator at Foresight Mental Health.
