Santosh More

Santosh More has a diverse range of work experience starting from their role as a Software Engineer at Infosys in 2006. Santosh then worked as a Systems Engineer and Team Lead at Finacle Presales Support from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they served as a Fellow at Teach For India from 2009 to 2011. Santosh then worked as a Consultant at Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd for a brief period in 2011. In the same year, they held the position of Manager Operations at Seeds of Empowerment from 2011 to 2013. Later, Santosh joined Jannagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, where they took on various managerial roles including the National Lead for the Rise up and Register to Vote Campaign and Manager for Jaagte Raho!. During this time, they led successful campaigns on voter registration and designed a replicable process for effective maintenance of Electoral Rolls in urban cities. Currently, Santosh is a Co-Founder at Mantra4Change, an organization working to transform schools and provide quality education to children in Bangalore.

Santosh More completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2002 to 2006.
