Joeran Albers

Joeran Albers has a diverse work experience. Joeran currently holds the position of Director Special Operations at Manual, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Bain Innovation Exchange at Bain & Company from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Joeran was the Co-founder and COO of Shleep, a company that focused on improving sleep management for global clients. Before that, they worked at Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader from 2015 to 2016, and as a Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Joeran pursued an MBA at INSEAD from 2011 to 2012. Joeran also gained experience at Monitor Deloitte (ex Monitor Group) as Module Leader from 2010 to 2011, and as a Case Team Member from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant Intern at Monitor Deloitte in 2007 and as a Group Strategy Intern at T-Mobile International in 2006.

Joeran Albers completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Law from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2008. In 2007, they participated in a University Exchange Program at San Diego State University, focusing on the Master Program in Finance & Investments. Joeran later pursued an MBA at INSEAD and graduated in July 2012, studying in both Singapore and France.
