Megan Fairfield

Megan Fairfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Strategy and Operations at MANUAL since July 2025, Megan led operations and finance at GetHarley as VP of Operations from May 2024 to May 2025. Previous roles include Managing Director at Dexters, overseeing a digital transformation and acquisition, and multiple positions at Deliveroo, including Director of Strategy and Finance for the UK and Head of International Operations. Co-founded Visual-wise, a venture focused on Virtual Reality in the property sector, after serving as an Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Megan holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Bristol.
