Tom Henderson Silva

Tom Henderson Silva has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tom began their career as a Research Assistant at Harvard University and later worked at Harvard Law School in the same role. Tom then became a Barrister at 1 Crown Office Row for a year. Moving forward, they joined the Royal College of Nursing - Company as a Lawyer specializing in Professional Regulation for three years. Following that, they worked at HCA Healthcare UK as a Lawyer, focusing on Litigation & Regulatory for five years. Currently, Tom is working as the Head of Legal at Manual. Tom will also be working as a Legal Consultant in the Health-Tech industry in 2023.

Tom Henderson Silva has a diverse education history. Tom completed their Masters in Leadership at Bayes Business School from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, Tom attended BPP Law School, where they obtained a BVC + Graduate Diploma in Law. Their undergraduate degree, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive Neuroscience, was earned from the University of Bath from 2004 to 2008.
