Steffi van Ranst

Steffi Van Ranst is a highly experienced HR Business & Development Partner currently at Manuchar since February 2023. Prior roles include serving as a Sport Psychologist for Team Belgium at the Belgisch Olympisch en Interfederaal Comité and as a Performance Psychologist for various organizations, including Gymnastiekfederatie Vlaanderen vzw, the Royal Belgian Football Association, and Hockey Belgium. Steffi has also provided consultancy as a Performance Psychologist with TICkA, contributing to athlete and team performance. Previous experience includes working as a Resourcing & Development Officer at KPMG and a Manager at KHC Dragons. Steffi holds a Master’s degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and is certified in multiple psychological assessments and emotional intelligence.
