Steven Ghysens

Steven Ghysens is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and management across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at Manuchar since June 2022, Steven previously held the position of Senior ICT Manager at Metagenics Europe from December 2018 to June 2022. Prior roles include IT Leader at Cummins Inc. from 2015 to November 2018, and IT Manager at Rio Tinto from April 2003 to December 2014, where responsibilities included managing IT services and ensuring alignment with global IT policies. Earlier in the career, Steven contributed as IT Program Manager/Business Analyst and IT Team Leader, gaining substantial exposure to projects across Europe. Beginning as an IT Infrastructure Engineer and Support Consultant, Steven's technical foundation was established with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree from Ghent University.
