Jean Apostolou

Jean Apostolou is a seasoned professional in the chocolate industry with extensive experience in product development and commercialization. Currently serving as Chef Chocolatier at Manufacture Belge de Chocolats since August 2021, Jean also holds the position of Development Technologist at Godiva Europe since July 2012, where responsibilities include leading new product development projects from pilot plant to industrialization. Prior roles include Senior Chocolatier at The Chocolate Family and Commercialisation Chef Chocolatier at Godiva Chocolatier, focusing on premium hand-crafted chocolates. Jean's early career at Kraft Foods spanned over three decades, culminating as R&D Project Leader, where leadership in new products and concepts development was paramount.
