Melissa Sawin

Melissa Sawin serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pella Northland since January 2021 and has been an active member of the Board of Directors at Manufacturers Alliance since 2005, where responsibilities include instructing on leadership and performance metrics. Previously, Melissa held the role of COO at Hutchinson Manufacturing Holdings, LLC, overseeing multiple manufacturing companies in various sectors, and served as General Manager at Mid Continent Engineering. As a leader in continuous improvement, Melissa has also contributed as a volunteer consultant for Greater Twin Cities United Way and has held various significant positions at Reviva, including Director roles in Refrigeration and IT. Educational credentials include a BA in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Minnesota.
