Ron Windingstad

Ron Windingstad is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Teleflex since February 2023, Ron also facilitates the Sr. Operations Peer Group for Manufacturers Alliance, where collaboration among operations leaders is promoted. Previously, Ron held multiple senior management roles at Integer, overseeing new product development and operations support, and as Product Engineering Manager at Mate Precision Tooling, managed product development initiatives. With a project management background at McLean Thermal and early engineering experience at McLean, Ron possesses a comprehensive skill set in engineering and operations, bolstered by an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota.
