Assistant Vice President, Systems Architect at Manufacturers Bank

Erik Curtis has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades in the information technology field. Erik began their career at Gorko Industries in 1994, where they worked as a Network Administrator and was responsible for administering Windows and Apple workstations and servers. During their time there, they also played a key role in establishing a process automation system and managed the corporate website and intranet. In 1998, they joined Wellpoint as a Sr. Analyst, where they developed a streamlined medical billing process for Blue Cross of Southern California, reducing data entry and validation time. Since 1999, Erik has been working at Manufacturers Bank, initially as a Sr. Network Engineer, specializing in large-scale rollout, virtualization, and process automation. Erik then took on the role of Systems Architect, where they gained extensive experience and exposure in various industries, aligning architecture with business goals and developing an architecture framework. Recently, they have been working as an Assistant Vice President, Systems Architect.

Erik Curtis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute between 1989 and 1992. Erik also obtained several certifications, including "Power BI Essential Training" and "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners" from LinkedIn in 2021, as well as "Microsoft Flow: Approval Flows," "Microsoft Flow: Button Flows," and "Microsoft 365 Security Administration (MS-500) Cert Prep: 1 Implement and Manage Identity and Access" from LinkedIn in 2020.
