Jim Piper is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as President of Kelair Dampers since June 2017, where a significant expansion of independent sales rep groups was achieved. Prior experience includes roles as President & COO of Matot, where leadership was provided during a generational transition, and as Executive Vice President at Schleifring GmbH, focusing on U.S. business development. Jim's earlier roles included Program Manager in defense and aerospace sectors and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Visualize, Inc. An educational background in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, complemented by executive education in Practical Finance and Accounting from Loyola University Chicago, further supports Jim's professional expertise.
