Manpreet Allen

Manpreet Allen is currently the Head of HR Business Partnering at MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Travis Perkins plc from October 2017 to January 2023, and holding various HR roles at RS Components, with titles such as Lead HR Business Partner for Northern Europe and Emerging Markets and HR Business Partner for Sales UK and Ireland from October 2014 to September 2017. Other positions include HR Business Partner roles at Celesio UK and DHL Supply Chain, where Manpreet progressed from HR Manager for Industrial UK to HR Officer.
