Sophie Sladen

Sophie Sladen is a seasoned professional in the engineering and technology sector, currently serving as Technology Manager - Design and Build at MTC - Manufacturing Technology Centre and as Director at Einetic Consulting since May 2023. Previously, Sophie held the position of Head of Mechanical Engineering at Evonetix Ltd from April 2018 to April 2023, and worked as a Mechanical Engineer at DCA Design International from July 2009 to April 2018, as well as at Renishaw for a brief tenure in 2008. Sophie holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Design from the University of Bristol, obtained in 2013, and a Professional Certificate in Managing Complex Organisations for Success from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2022.
