Melanie Newham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning experience design, content creation, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience & Content Designer and Program Manager at Skill-Up Technologies, Melanie specializes in information architecture and curriculum design. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a freelance writer and editor, contributing to technical writing projects for clients across multiple countries, including a significant project for a global healthcare client. Previous positions include Services Contracts Manager at Cisco, Assistant Manager of Legal Services at Dubai Healthcare City, and Technical Writer at QBE Insurance, among others.
