The Human Resources team at the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is responsible for managing and developing the centre's most valuable asset—its people. They oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development to ensure a highly skilled and engaged workforce. The team also collaborates closely with leadership to implement HR strategies that support the innovative and high-quality manufacturing environment.
