Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Manufacturing Works is responsible for guiding the strategic direction and overall operations of the organization. This team comprises of senior leaders who oversee various critical functions, including operations, learning and development, workforce development, industrial development and the Cleveland Industrial Retention Initiative (CIRI), and manufacturing services. They collaborate to ensure that the organization effectively supports its members and the broader manufacturing community in Northeast Ohio, driving growth, enhancing productivity, and fostering meaningful relationships with business leaders and key employees.
