Ed Kneitel

Ed Kneitel has over 25 years of experience in systems consulting and accounting. Ed started their career as a Staff Accountant at Rothschild, Meckler and Co, CPA's in 1980 before moving on to work as a Tax Accountant at The Davey Tree Expert Company in 1983. In 1984, they joined MicrAccount as a Systems Consultant.

In 1987, Ed became a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse, where they assisted middle-market clients in the selection and implementation of ERP systems. Ed worked with various ERP systems, including MAS90, Great Plains, Macola, Solomon, AccPac, and SBT. After leaving Price Waterhouse in 1995, Ed joined Socius as a Project Manager. At Socius, they helped clients with ERP system selection and implementation, business process reviews, custom report writing, development, data conversion, and integration to legacy systems.

In 2011, Ed transitioned to HGR Industrial Surplus as the Corporate Controller. Their responsibilities included leading the accounting department, managing financial activities, using Microsoft Dynamics GP for accounting processes, handling financial reporting and analysis, managing IT and staff, and overseeing banking and sales tax research and reporting.

Most recently, in 2022, Ed joined MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network as the Director of Finance.

Ed Kneitel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington. Ed obtained this degree, although the specific start and end years are not provided. Additionally, they hold a certification in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10 Financials, which they obtained in September 2010 from Microsoft.
