Leah Epstein has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as the VP of Engagement at MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network, where they started in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where they held various roles, including Manager of Development & Campaign Communications from February 2016 to October 2020, and Senior Development Communications Specialist from May 2014 to February 2016. Before joining University Hospitals, they served as the Director of Community Outreach at Gross Schechter Day School from January 2010 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, they worked at the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland as a Senior Associate from September 2004 to January 2010, and at the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Washington as an Assistant Director from 2000 to 2004.

Leah Epstein earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Emory University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Nonprofit Management at Cleveland State University from 2006 to 2008.
