Sarah Delp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sarah started their career as a Business Intern at Rentricity Inc., where they conducted research and contributed to the company's business plan. Sarah then worked as an Academic Counselor at Middlebury, providing guidance and support to students. Sarah later joined Sentry Group as an International Marketing Intern, where they assessed markets and negotiated distribution agreements.

In 2009, Sarah joined The Cadmus Group as an Associate with the Energy Services Division. In this role, they managed client accounts, led project teams, and provided consulting services to the electric and gas utility industry. Following this, they worked at Tendril, where they held positions as Project Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Account Director. Tendril specializes in delivering personalized energy experiences to consumers and Sarah played a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

Their next career move took their to Uplight, where they initially served as a Customer Success Director and later became the Innovation Director of Operations. At Uplight, Sarah focused on driving customer success and leading innovation in operations.

Currently, Sarah is working at LevelTen Energy as the Senior Director of Customer Success. Sarah is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement. Additionally, they hold the role of Global Director of Buyer Engagement, where they oversee the engagement strategy for buyers globally.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering results, managing teams, and establishing successful customer relationships.

Sarah Delp attended The Lawrenceville School from 2001 to 2005. After completing high school, they enrolled at Middlebury College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies. In 2007, Sarah also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Otago, focusing on Economics.
