Lane Black

Lane Black is currently the Operations Manager at Manuka Health, overseeing factory operations and driving performance improvement through Lean methodologies. Lane previously worked at Danone, where they held various roles including Quality and Food Safety Manager, Head of Formulations & Technological Process, Formulations Technical Manager, and Senior Technologist. Lane holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Otago, along with certifications in Advanced HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Safety Preventative Controls Alliance.
