Muhammad Dwiwayanto has a strong background in customer relations and insurance policy management. Muhammad began their career at Manulife as a GLH Proposal Officer in 2009 and then progressed to the role of Customer Relations Sr. Manager in 2011. In this position, they were responsible for managing the renewal policy accounts of the EB Direct and Bank Distribution Channels. Muhammad also coordinated with GLH business units and Sales teams to facilitate the renewal process. In 2018, Muhammad joined Manulife Indonesia as the Head of Customer Loyalty Management. After four years in this role, they were promoted to Head of Customer Relation Direct Distribution in January 2022.
Muhammad Dwiwayanto pursued their undergraduate studies in Information Technology at Universitas Gunadarma from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they obtained certifications in "Strategic Planning Foundations" from LinkedIn in April 2022 and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
