Nugroho Hadi Wasistyo, SE, ACS, ALMI, AAIJ has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Nugroho started their career in 2001 at ING Life Indonesia as an Individual Health Administrator, where they worked until 2004. In 2010, they joined PT Manulife Indonesia as the Individual Policy Maintenance Section Head - AVP(A), a position they held for several years. Currently, they are working at Manulife Indonesia (PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia) as the Sales Compensation Head, a role they took on in 2018.

Nugroho Hadi Wasistyo, SE, ACS, ALMI, AAIJ completed their first bachelor's degree in Management of Risk at Universitas Gunadarma from 1995 to 1998. Nugroho then pursued a second bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science at D3 Aktuaria UI from 1999 to 2001.
