Syania Fajriandini has a background in International Relations and has held various management roles at Manulife Indonesia, including Customer Experience Manager, Consumer Insights & Advocacy Manager, Scrum Master, and Manager of Process Analytics & Improvement. Prior to this, Syania was a Corporate Management Trainee at the same company, completing rotations in different departments. Additionally, Syania briefly worked as a Dance Judge at Natasha Skin Care in 2012.
