Zaneti Sugiharti

Zaneti Sugiharti is the Head of Agency Recruitment Marketing & Governance at Manulife Indonesia. Zaneti manages agency recruitment marketing and governance to ensure maximum growth of agency headcount through non-referral and digital initiatives. Zaneti also works as the Agency Partnership Recruitment Lead, leveraging new channels for agency recruitment through partnership, community building, digital marketing, and social media. Zaneti has experience in marketing and communications roles at various companies, including Mynewlyfe Community, HarukaEdu, EF English First Indonesia, Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, and JW Marriott. Zaneti holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Communication at the University of Indonesia.
